Fire Risk Assessment Training This course provides a comprehensive look at the concept of Fire Risk Assessment, and focuses on those preventive and protective fire safety measures that will help to effectively reduce the level of fire risk. The course material and handouts are used with reference to current legislation and ‘best practice’ guidance. The course is designed to be run over one day (09:00 - 17:00) and is run through open courses at our Derbyshire Training Centre but can also be run in-house at your own organisation. On completion, delegates will receive a certificate and comprehensive training notes and handouts. Course outline:
Who should attend? This training will benefit managers and anyone else who is responsible for conducting or reviewing fire risk assessments for offices, retail outlets, nursing homes and other premises. The course will also prove an invaluable insight for those managers looking to engage the services of another organisation to carry out their fire risk assessment. Prerequisites There are no prerequisites however due to the intensive nature of this course, it is recommended that delegates have some experience or prior training in fire safety and/or risk assessment.
