Fire Risk Assessment Consultancy
All employers are now required to carry out a Fire Risk Assessment In the past employers could rely on a Fire Certificate to feel that they were in compliance with legislation, but news laws now require self fire risk assessment. The Fire Services now act as enforcement bodies, which included powers to prosecute. Our Fire Risk Assessment is divided into three areas: - The Fire Risk Assessment - we will complete a full fire risk assessment, highlighting risks and suitable controls. The Fire Safety Arrangements - we will review and where necessary give advice on what fire safety controls are required including detection systems, extinguishers, signage, training, testing and record keeping. The Fire Evacuation Plan - you must have one of these in place, and as part o our risk assessment we will review your evacuation arrangements, and as an additional service we could develop your evacuation plan. You will receive a clear report presented into two sections - your fire risk assessment and your evacuation plan report (or new evacuation plan depending upon your preference). But we don't just leave it there - our consultant will work with you to implement the findings to assist you in your route to compliance.
